Welcome to Ms. Wright's studio where Kindergarten through third grade students attend art class once per week for 40 minutes. We explore different cultures, learn about various artists through history, and experiment and create with many different forms of art media.

3rd Grade Teapots!!



The students each used various techniques for working with clay to make a working teapot.  Then they could choose to “transform” their teapot.  After they were fired in the kiln, glaze was applied to make the teapots waterproof and safe for serving liquids. 

They learned:
